Terms of Service

FigJoy (figjoy.ai) is operated by AsYouAre, a sole proprietorship. When these terms say "we", "I" or "FigJoy", that's who they mean. You can always reach a real human at hamzahadjtaieb@gmail.com.

FigJoy is a design resource platform. Today it includes:

• A library of Figma components, sections and UI kits you can copy and paste straight into Figma;
• An AI prompt library — tested prompts you paste into tools like Claude, Lovable or v0;
• Animated and static backgrounds you can preview and download;
• Studio, an AI page builder that assembles page layouts from real FigJoy components;
• A curated design jobs board and community pages.

FigJoy evolves quickly — features may be added, changed or retired as the product grows.

A lot of FigJoy is free: you can browse the library, copy free components, use free prompts and download free backgrounds, with or without an account. Free content may change over time. Anything marked Pro requires the paid license below.

FigJoy has two paid options — current prices are always shown on the pricing page:

• Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account then returns to the free tier. No cancellation fees.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment — no subscription, no renewal, no surprise charges. It is personal and non-transferable: one license, one person (client and employer work is fine; sharing the account or reselling the license is not). It covers the lifetime of the product, including all future updates and everything added to the Pro library after you buy — at no extra cost.
• If FigJoy is ever sunset, whatever you have already produced, copied or exported with it remains yours, under the same license terms, forever.

Orders are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and affiliates) acting as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing and receipts; the contract of sale is with Paddle. We never see or store card details.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — the short version is a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

You sign in to FigJoy with your Google account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and it's one account per person. If you think someone else is using your account, tell me and I'll help you lock it down. I can suspend accounts that abuse the service (see Acceptable use below) — I'll always say why.

When you copy a component, use a prompt or download a background, you get a license to use it in your own work:

• Allowed: personal projects, commercial projects, client work, work for your employer, modifying assets however you like.
• Not allowed: redistributing FigJoy assets as your own stock — repackaging the library (or big chunks of it) into a competing library, template pack, marketplace listing or dataset, whether free or paid.

In short: build products with the assets, don't resell the assets themselves.

Please don't:

• scrape, bulk-download or mirror the library, or probe / overload our APIs;
• use FigJoy for anything illegal, or to produce content that infringes someone else's rights;
• abuse Studio or other AI features (e.g. automated mass generation designed to strain the service);
• resell, share or lend account access.

Breaking these rules can get an account suspended or terminated. I'd much rather never have to do that.

FigJoy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. I work hard to keep everything fast and reliable, but I can't promise the service will always be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FigJoy's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero if you only used the free tier). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits.

I may update these terms as FigJoy evolves. When I do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes, and for significant changes I'll make the update visible on the site. Continuing to use FigJoy after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. The sale itself (payment, taxes, invoicing) is governed by Paddle's checkout terms, since Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases.
