1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Figjoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. One account per individual user is permitted.
3. Intellectual Property
The components and assets found on Figjoy are owned by their respective creators. When you copy a component, you are granted a license based on your subscription tier (Personal or Commercial). Redistribution of Figjoy assets as your own stock is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription and Billing
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our Refund Policy.
